He has close to five decades of investment experience as a securities analyst, portfolio manager and senior executive. Mr. Goodman has a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. He earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1967. In 1997, he was awarded a Doctorate of Laws, honoris causa, by Concordia University.

Biography	John Hadwen, Vice-President, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Manager. He joined the investment management industry in 1993 in customer service at Mackenzie Financial. He joined Infinity Investment Counsel in 1998 as a research analyst. Infinity was acquired by Goodman & Company, where his responsibilities expanded to include portfolio management. In 2006, he joined KBSH Capital Management before joining Signature the following year. Mr. Hadwen holds an Honours BA in Administrative Studies from Trent University and the CFA designation.
