Biography	Colin Lundgren is Global Head of Fixed Income at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. In this role, Mr. Lundgren is responsible for investment oversight of managed and owned fixed-income portfolios, leading a global team of experienced investment professionals. Prior to his current role, he served as Deputy Global Head of Fixed Income and Head of US Fixed Income. Mr. Lundgren has experience as a sector leader for institutional fixed-income and asset allocation products. In addition, he held positions of responsibility for the development and operation of enhanced equity index products, fixed-income quantitative analysis, mortgage analysis and management of the investment statistical analysis group. Mr. Lundgren joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 1986 and has been a member of the investment community since then. Mr. Lundgren received a B.A. in political science from Lake Forest College. He is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

From 2004-2008, he was Managing Director and Global Head of the Asset-Backed and Mortgage-Backed Securities businesses and North American Head of the Interest Rate business at HSBC. From 2000-2004, White was Managing Director and Head of Business for Mortgage Pass-Through and Options at Lehman Brothers. He began his investment career in 1986 after graduating with a B.S. from Indiana University.

Biography	Scott Kirby is Senior Portfolio Manager at RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc. since 2012; Manager of Investments from 2010 to 2012. Scott Kirby is a member of the rates research team in our fixed income group and serves as co-portfolio manager for our community investment strategy. Scott joined RBC GAM–US in 2012 and most recently served as manager of investments of a broad-based asset portfolio for a large foundation, supporting its mission to reduce poverty. Previously, he led the structured assets investment team of Ameriprise Financial/Riversource Investments. He earned a BS in finance from University of Minnesota and an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
