Biography	Jeffrey Wimmer is a portfolio manager for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Mr. Wimmer’s analytical focus is on small and mid-cap value strategies. He joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments firms in 2014. Previously, Mr. Wimmer was an associate at Samson Capital where he worked on alternative investment strategies investing across the capital structure. Prior to that, he worked at J.P. Biography	Neil T. Eigen is a Managing Director of J. & W. Seligman & Co. Incorporated, his employer since 1997. As Head of the Seligman Value Team, Mr. Eigen supervises a team of investment professionals, who, together, manage the Seligman Value Fund comprised of Seligman Large-Cap Value Fund and Seligman Small-Cap Value Fund. Additionally, the Team manages institutional assets in the value investing style. Mr. Eigen has more than 30 years of investment experience.
