Biography	Henrik Strabo is the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Rainier. In this position, he is responsible for building and managing Rainier's international investment strategies. Prior to joining Rainier in 2011, he was Managing Director of Global Emerging Markets for Rogge Capital. His more than 30 years of previous experience also includes International Chief Investment Officer positions at American Century Investments and Clay Finlay. While at American Century, Henrik 's responsibilities included launching new global and international equity strategies, as well as portfolio management duties for their International Discovery Fund and International Growth Fund. Henrik earned his BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Biography	Lynette (Lynn) Schroeder returned to Driehaus Capital Management to take over the management of AGF Aggressive Global Stock Fund in the spring of 2005. She brings over a decade of international analysis and investment management experience to the fund.
