Biography	Mr. Fruschki, CFA, is the lead portfolio manager and Director of Equity Research – Europe with Allianz Global Investors, which he joined in 2005. Mr. Fruschki previously held various legal positions in Berlin and also worked as a consultant in the corporate-finance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hamburg, Germany. Prior to this, Alina worked at Pictet AM as an investment manager on thematic funds, Pictet Water from 2013 to 2016 and as a supporting investment manager, Pictet Global Environmental Opportunities from 2014 to 2016. She has an M.Sc. with honors in International business from HEC (France) with a B.Sc. with honors in business studies from Cass Business School (London). Biography	Bozena Jankowska is Head of the Sustainability Research Team. She is based in London and is the lead Fund Manager for the Allianz RCM Global Ecotrends Fund.Before joining RCM in 2000, Bozena worked for the construction firm John Laing Plc as their Business and Environment Adviser, developing and implementing corporate sustainability policy and strategy. She graduated from the University of Sussex with a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and gained an MSc in Environmental Technology with Distinction, from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, specialising in Business and Environment. Bozena obtained her Investment Management Certificate in July 2001. She has managed the Allianz RCM Global EcoTrends Fund since February 2008.
