iShares III Public Limited Company - iShares Core Euro Corporate Bond UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. It is co-managed by BlackRock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. It invests in fixed-rate, Euro-denominated corporate bonds from industrial, utility and financial issuers with a minimum remaining time to maturity of one year. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody's. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Euro Corporate Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as iShares III Public Limited Company - iShares Euro Corporate Bond UCITS ETF. iShares III Public Limited Company - iShares Core Euro Corporate Bond UCITS ETF was formed on March 6, 2009 and is domiciled in Ireland.
