Biography	Cara is an Equity Portfolio Manager, she co-manages the fundamental equity discipline within the Matrix Multi Strategy Fund and the Long only Equity fund. She joined Matrix in January 2011 and has 19 years’ financial markets experience. She started her career on the trading desk at an international broking firm, and subsequently moved to the Treasury division of a local investment bank where she ran a Long short Equity and index arbitrage book. She later moved to the Asset Management industry, primarily as an analyst and was involved with setting up and co-managing the Equity hedge fund.
