Biography	"Brenton joined BT Investment Management, now Pendal Group, in May 2013 as an Investment Analyst in the Equity Strategies boutique. In this role he covers Large and Small Cap mining companies, and is Portfolio Manager of the Pendal Natural Resources Fund. Brenton has over 25 years' experience in natural resource analysis and investment management. His areas of specialist expertise include mining and resources investment research and fund management, precious metals and derivatives trading and analysis, investment banking and private equity. Since relocating to Australia from South Africa in 2008 he has held roles in Resources Fund Management as Portfolio Manager/Co-Head at Macquarie and, most recently, at Taurus Funds Management as Portfolio Manager/Director. In South Africa, Brenton worked as a Mine Geologist, and in analyst and portfolio manager roles at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Craton Capital. He also held an executive position at Harmony Gold. Brenton holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geology and a Master of Science from University of Johannesburg. He is a member of the CFA Institute and previously served as a member of and consultant to the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) – Extractive Industries Work Group."

Biography	Andrew joined Rothschild Australia Asset Management, which later became part of BT Financial Group and is now Pendal Group, as an analyst in the Australian Equities team in 1998. Andrew manages our range of Midcap and Tax Effective funds and co-manages our imputation funds. Prior to 1998, Andrew worked for BT Funds Management for eight years as an analyst for North American Equities and currency management. He also gained experience in settlements, dealing and analyst roles within companies such as Prudential Bache Capital Funding (London). Andrew holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New England and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
