Biography	Robert joined Barings in 1998 and is responsible for the Barings German Growth Trust. Robert transferred to the Pan European Equity Team in 2008, having previously worked in both the UK & Europe Equity Team and the Pan Euro Small and Mid Cap Team. Robert was appointed Divisional Director in 2005. Before joining Baring Asset Management, Robert worked with HSBC Asset Management and Dresdner RCM Global Investors. Robert is a member of the Society of Technical Analysts and has passed the Securities Institute Diploma. He received the Investment Management Certificate in 1995 and was awarded the SFA Registered Representative in 1991.

Biography	Matthew Ward joined AXA Investment Managers in December 2024 as Portfolio Manager, Technology. Before joining AXA IM, Matthew spent over 16 years at Barings and most recently was Head of Global Technology Equities and Co-Head of Global and International Equities. Prior to these positions, he was managing European equity mandates, and was appointed Co-Head of the European Equities team in 2020. Matthew is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and IMC holder and holds a BA Business Economics degree from the University of Exeter.

Biography	Susannah heads the Pan European Small and Mid Cap Team. She joined BaringAsset Management in 1997 from Friends Provident Asset Management, where shemanaged UK Smaller Company Funds. Susannah has several years experience of analysing both UK and European stocks across the size spectrum. She was appointed an SFA Registered Representative in 1993, and she received her Securities Institute Diploma in 1995. Susannah was appointed Divisional Director in 2000.

Prior to LIMIL, he was director of European Equities at Sun Life Investment Management and director of Equity Strategies at Enskilda Securities.

Biography	Jan joined Baring Asset Management in 2001 as Head of the UK & Europe Equity Team. He has over 23 years of experience in the investment industry. Jan joined Baring Asset Management from Merrill Lynch, where most recently he was a consultant focusing on pension reforms and equity strategy in Europe. He was at Dresdner RCM in London as European CIO and then Managing Director and Global CIO. Prior to that he spent eleven years at Barclays Investment Management.
