In the late 1990’s Rob joined Springfield International, where he pioneered one of the first hedge funds dedicated to utilizing sophisticated municipal bond arbitrage strategies. Rob moved to Prudential Investment Management in 2000 to manage their flagship National Municipal Bond Fund. A year later, Rob assumed the management responsibility for all of the municipal bond portfolios totaling approximately $4 billion. Employing strategies developed over a decade ago, he also launched, managed, and marketed a separate account municipal bond program. Rob received a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University.

Biography Augustine has been a vice president with Colonial Management Associates since 1987. He joined the company in 1985 as a trader and assistant portfolio manager.
