As of November 6, 2013 iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares EONIA UCITS ETF (Swap) has gone out of business. iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares EONIA UCITS ETF (Swap) is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Fund Management Company (Ireland) Limited. It is co-managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited and Credit Suisse AG. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the Euro Zone. It uses derivatives such as swap agreements to invest in fixed income securities. The fund invests in Euro denominated bonds deposit earning of EONIA (Euro OverNight Index Average) and in fixed income securities and fixed income-related securities including preference shares, floating rate instruments, deposits with credit institutions, commercial papers and money market instruments. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Credit Suisse EONIA Total Return Index, by using synthetic replication methodology. The fund was formerly known as CS ETF (IE) plc - CS ETF (IE) on EONIA. iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares EONIA UCITS ETF (Swap) was formed on January 24, 2011 and is domiciled in Ireland.
