Maghreb Oxygène S.A. engages in the production, packaging, and distribution of industrial and medical gases in Morocco. The company provides oxygen, acetylene, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, and rare gases, as well as medical oxygen, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, and pressurized and synthetic air. It also supplies gas mixtures for diagnosis; helium to the magnetic resonance imaging equipment; automatic or semi-automatic plants for the storage and distribution of gas; medical equipment and furniture; and medical consumables. In addition, the company engages in the design and installation of medical fluid lines; design and construction of gas distribution systems for medical use within healthcare establishments; and distributes welding products and related technologies. Its products are used in metallurgy, welding and cutting, heat treatment, oil refining, agri-food, health, and gas industries. The company was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco. Maghreb Oxygène S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Akwa Group SA.
