Further, it owns and manages land, buildings, houses, apartments, and other structures, as well as rents warehouse and factory areas, and building improvements; and provides high-precision plastic products, plastic parts, injection molds, other disposition of plastic parts, and related products. The company was incorporated in 1982 and is based in Cabuyao, the Philippines.
