Additionally, the company provides electrical equipment and services; manpower services to local and foreign markets; consumer finance services; and training, digital logistics, transport, consultancy, and scaffolding and formworks rental services, as well as engages in the structural fabrication and light steel construction works, such as storage tanks, pressure vessels, ducts, and pipes. It also manufactures and sells food and therapeutic food products. The company was incorporated in 1959 and is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines. House of Investments, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Pan Malayan Management & Investment Corporation.
