DDMP REIT, INC. is a Philippines-based real estate company. The Company owns and invests in commercial portfolio of office, retail, industrial and hotel properties in the Philippines. The Company’s property portfolio consists of approximately three commercial properties comprising six office towers with retail components in DD Meridian Park. DD Meridian Park is the Company’s flagship project in Metro Manila. DD Meridian Park is being developed as an office-led mixed-use development. Its properties include DoubleDragon Plaza, DoubleDragon Center East, and DoubleDragon Center West. DoubleDragon Plaza has approximately 139,240 square meters of gross Leasable area. DoubleDragon Center East has approximately 16,197 square meters of gross leasable area. DoubleDragon Center West has approximately 16,815 square meters of gross leasable area. It also owns the underlying land of DD Meridian Park on a free-hold basis, which includes DoubleDragon Tower and Ascott-DD Meridian Park.
