Concreat Holdings Philippines, Inc., through its subsidiaries, produces, markets, distributes, and sells cement and other building materials in the Philippines. The company offers gray ordinary Portland, masonry, and blended cement; ready-mix concrete and other construction materials; admixtures; aggregates and urbanization solutions; and building materials primarily under the APO, Island, and Rizal brands. It also exports its products to the Pacific Islands. The company was formerly known as CEMEX Holdings Philippines, Inc. and changed its name to Concreat Holdings Philippines, Inc. in April 2025. The company was founded in 1930 and is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines. Concreat Holdings Philippines, Inc. is a subsidiary of Cemex Asian South East Corporation.
