The company also operates retail outlets in London, Berkshire, Gloucestershire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, and Manchester, which include sales franchises and aftersales franchises for its Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Pagani, and Rolls-Royce vehicles; and aftersales only franchises for Audi, BMW, Lotus, and MINI. In addition, it purchases, acquires, owns, sells, transfers, and deals in various types of new automobiles, trucks and other motor vehicles and supplies; manages and operates hotels and other buildings; manufactures, sells, and distributes food and beverages; operates, owns, franchises, licenses or deals in restaurant related business operation; and acquires, holds, develops, disposes of, purchases, sells, exchanges, mortgages, and leases real estate; as well as provides of leasing, financial, and technical support services. Further, the company engages in the environment protecting and cleaning business; and investing activities. The company was formerly known as Prime Gaming Philippines, Inc. and changed its name to Berjaya Philippines Inc. in June 2010. The company was incorporated in 1924 and is based in Makati City, the Philippines. Berjaya Philippines Inc. is a subsidiary of Berjaya Lottery Management (HK) Limited.
